Welcome to ET Concierge Service LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our private driver and transportation services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all rides, reservations, communications, and services provided by ET Concierge Service LLC.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ET Concierge Service LLC provides premium, non-emergency transportation, personal valet driving, and private chauffeur services. We emphasize discretion, reliability, safety, and professionalism.
Our services do not include ambulance transport, medical transport, or any service requiring special DOT or emergency certifications.

By booking service, you agree to:

Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details

Treat the driver and vehicle with respect

Comply with all safety instructions (e.g., seat belts, appropriate behavior)

Not request illegal or unsafe activities (speeding, transporting illegal items, etc.)

Ensure all passengers behave responsibly

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if behavior is unsafe, illegal, or threatening to the driver.

Reservations may be made by phone, email, or online.
To confirm a booking, ET Concierge Service LLC may require:

Full name and contact information

Pickup location, time, and destination

Payment method on file

Bookings are subject to driver availability.
Last-minute requests may incur additional fees.

Payment for services may be made by:

Credit or debit card

Approved digital payment methods

Invoice (for corporate clients)

Charges may include:

Hourly or daily service rates

Waiting time

Tolls or parking fees

Additional mileage outside the agreed route

Cleaning fees for spills, stains, or damages

Cancellation or no-show fees (see below)

Invoices must be paid upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

To maintain service quality, the following policies apply:

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the reservation: No charge

Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of booked service fee

No-shows or cancellation at pickup time: 100% of booked service fee

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

ET Concierge Service LLC prioritizes client safety.
However, by using our service, you acknowledge that:

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control

You assume responsibility for personal belongings; we are not liable for lost, stolen, or left-behind items

We reserve the right to end service immediately if passenger behavior threatens the safety of the driver or vehicle

We maintain all required insurance for private transportation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Clients are responsible for:

Damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party

Excessive cleaning fees caused by spills, vomiting, smoking, etc.

Smoking or vaping in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

As a premium concierge service, your privacy is extremely important to us.
ET Concierge Service LLC guarantees:

Confidentiality of your identity, routes, and personal details

Protection of your payment information

No selling or sharing of client data with third parties (except as required by law)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ET Concierge Service LLC shall not be responsible for:

Personal injury caused by improper seat belt usage

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Delays, missed flights, meetings, or events

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

ET Concierge Service LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any of the following:

Aggressive or unsafe behavior

Illegal activities

Threats to driver safety

Non-payment or fraudulent bookings

Transporting prohibited items

Refunds will not be issued for violations of these terms.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
